Important
1. These terms set fourth on this page for this site will be the guild lines with no exceptions to use any Buy My
Things programs offered. Buy My Things is an affiliate of Prairie Adventure LLC. For the purposes of the Agreement,
the terms "we"," us", and "our" refer to Buy My Things. The terms "you", "your", member", "members", "membership",
"memberships","user", and "users" refer to you users of the Buy My Things program. These terms of service are
binding on all our users. You should visit this page periodically to review its contents for updates and changes.
Modifications to the terms of service shall become effective upon publication and shall be binding upon all members
for any and all usage subsequent to the published change. Violation of this Agreement shall be grounds for suspension
or termination of member or members use of Buy My Things program site, or sites, privileges to advertise on our sites
and deletion for your account. You have agreed to the terms by verifying any link on our sites that say "I Agree"
that pertains to our terms of service. Requirements are (1) are 18 years of age, (2) have read these terms fully,
(3) understand them, and (4) agree to them, before you can become a member of any programs offered by Buy My Things.
If you do not agreeto them do not request membership by signing up! We are a private site opened
only to volunteered members. You may request membership but you are granted access only by the admin of Buy My Things.
This is why the site is user and password protected. The public may only view limited aspects of the programs. Some
updates relevant to the Buy My Things are not all public and are only for members. Any regeneration of documents
other than by request or promission are violation of these terms.
2. Member understands and agrees that, in the event of a security breach, Buy My Things reserves the right to reduce
the account level or hold any earnings incurred due to the "increase of risk" on any account level. Buy My Things
makes every effort to ensure the security of the payment process, but in the event of a security breach, or "hacking"
event, Buy My Things shall be held harmless for funds not received, and will not be held liable to make restitution
for funds mis-appropriated, redirected, or stolen from members.
3. Members agree and understand that there is NO GUARANTEE OF EARNINGS WHATSOEVER, and Buy My Things
makes no claims of potential earnings. "Buy My Things" IS NOT AN INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY, and makes
no claims of such, WE ARE NOT A LICENSED BANK, OR BROKER, OR SECURITY FIRM, but an advertisement site
offering programs to help its members. We are an advertising company, an affiliate of Prairie Adventure LLC and as
such deliver web site traffic to our members, based upon the advertising package they as members purchase, as a private
transaction and absolutely exempt from the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, the U.S. Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the
U.S. Investment Company Act of 1940 and all other European Union rules, regulations and amendments therein. Buy My
Things reserves the right to alter, modify of discontinue and portion of our program at anytime with or without notice.
We will uphold the industries current and forth going improvement standard to be honest and fair on all our programs
offered. We are NOT FDIC INSURED. Funds may only be insured through processors that are stated as
FDIC insured, or other means of cash transactions that are stated as FDIC insured. Funds that are held in Buy My
Things Bank accounts are FDIC insured up to $100,000.
4. Members may open multiple accounts "Only" as specified in our terms of service as follows; there will be strict
guidelines when one individual has more than one account. These guidelines are we are notified you use more than
one processor, but no more than two accounts per person. Rules have to be followed before you may have more than on
account, "only" for the purpose you have multiple processors you use. You can have "one" account per processor. You
can "not" have referring accounts or round robins. These are a strict rule and will not be taken lightly, dont take
the chance on forfeiting your funds in all accounts. Guidelines are as follows. Once your first account has been
opened and operating only after the first cashout may you open a second account, by doing the following; Submit a
support ticket requesting permission to open a second account. Submitting the following existing information member
name, email address, on the first account. You will be notified by the email address when this process can be
completed. There may be two accounts per IP address providing a support ticket is submitted in advance with proper
proof that each account is used and operated by a separate individual. Each account must use separate payment
processor account # and email address. The only accepted proper proof is a scanned copy of a government issued
picture ID.(When sending a scanned copy of government issued picture ID, please black out the ID number!) Proof must
be submitted prior to requesting any cash outs. These two accounts may not refer each other.
5. Due to the digital nature of our advertising delivery system NO REFUNDS ARE APPLICABLE since your
product is delivered immediately upon payment. All transactions are of private in nature and not open to the public
unless you publish them, Buy My Things may post publicly at our discretion mass monetary values but not singling out
any particular members funds; you have to be a verified member of Buy My Things. We are not officially licensed or
registered or insured as a financial institution. However as "ONLY WE DEEM" necessary in the case
of site discontinuation, we will admirably act appropriately at our discretion as we have in the past operations.
6. Members who view the minimum required advertisements for the day will qualify for a maximum of the daily percent of
the Ad Pack rebate per day for that particular level in this program. Ad Packs will be paid up to the maximum amount
for the site on each Ad Pack less fees, only upon expiration, once you have met your obligations.
7. Members understand and agree that submitting prohibited sites will be dealt with by management. Offenders will
have their memberships canceled and deleted, their account balances will be forfeited to the other members, and site
banned for breaking these terms. We wish to make Buy My Things a pleasing and enjoyable place and ask members to
respect other members rights.
8. As Buy My Things performance allows, members will collect an amount of earned rebates, be paid based on Ad Pack
purchased percentages of earned rebates on a daily basis. Members may request "cash out" on earned rebates, in order
to be paid if this option is available. Cash out request will be paid, as site performance allows, on the terms or
F.A.Q. stated within each program. In economic situations where the price of gold drops, or expendable cash falls a
significant amount, Web Mall reserves the right to base cash outs on the initial purchased advertisements pricing, or
price of gold on the original purchase if purchased using gold, rather that the current weight of gold, or US Dollar.
We may also reserve the right to pay "cash outs" with an alternative processor we are currently accepting. We may
realign cash outs based on the current expendable cash on hand. We are not a ponzi site; we do not need new members
to pay earned rebates. Rebates are generated from the expendable cash from the affiliates. Affiliates pay Buy My
Things in hand for the advertisement based on a percentage allowed by its controlling management.
9. Members understand and agree that all ad packs last, at minimum, until purchased credits are used by Buy My Things
advertising system. User understands and agrees that all money collected through the Web Mall programs is for the
expressed purpose of advertising a specific advertisement to our members, and that they are PURCHASING ONE
TIME ADVERTISEMENT PACKAGE(S) of advertising credits for full page views per monies spent. Once advertising
credits are delivered upon completion of you transaction, all revenue collected becomes the sole property of Buy My
Things. YOU ARE NOT INVESTING! User understands and agrees that any transactions processed through
the Buy My Things programs are e-commerce transactions for the sole purpose of exchanging money for specific goods or
services as a private transaction. User understands and agrees that Ad Packs can be purchased up to the maximum
amounts stated within each Buy My Things programs.
10. Buy My Things does not tolerate Spam in any form, user understands and agrees that Buy My Things considers any
spamming by the user to be a breach of these terms of service, and will result in the users account being frozen by
Buy My Things. Any user who receives SPAM from a Buy My Things client should report this to Buy My Things
immediately.
11. "Advertisers" with currently running advertising packages that meet the requirements for that particular program
that Buy My Things offers may earn bonuses by referring other advertisers to Buy My Things programs. Referrals
must be directed to the program through the members specific individual referral link to qualify. For all referral
accounts, the member shall receive a bonus for each and every advertising package purchased by their referral. This
referral bonus shall continue each time the referral purchases any additional advertising packages upgraded with real
cash, for as long as the referring member maintains within the guidelines of each program offered. Members who do not
have an active ad pack are not eligible to receive referral bonuses. Members who allow all of their ad packs to
expire will have any referral bonuses they have earned since their last cash out request removed from their account
balance and their status will change appropriately. Please read each programs FAQ on the referrals and status.
12. E-mail "spoofing allows hackers to send messages to people with information that looks like it came from the
official company. We will never request you password, name, address, or other such personal information by e-mail.
13. Members may not, under any circumstances, use Buy My Things sites to contribute, post or transmit any material of
an infringing, threatening, abusive, hateful, harassing, libelous, inflammatory, obscene, indecent, pornographic,
profane nature that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to
civil liability, or otherwise violate any law. Web Sites with adult content, offensive material, auto installers,
hate, war mongering, frame freezer, rotator, redirector, dialers, subscription email, multiple or viral pop-ups are
absolutely prohibited and not acceptable. Member understands and agrees that some web sites that use a free host may
be prohibited. This is because many such "free-host" sites have been abused in the past and do not work well in our
script. All members are urged to use the Abuse Report link located on the surf bar to report any site that is in
violation of our policy. You may also submit an "abuse report" via the Support Ticket System after logging into your
account. Please provide the site # and URL if possible.
14. All members have the opportunity to earn rebates for viewing the minimum required advertisements for the day for
that particular status of the member upon completion of the viewing session. Participating users must actively view
the ads; it is a violation of this Agreement to let the ads run without actively viewing them.
15. Users are prohibited from engaging in any activity that violates or attempts to violate the security of this Buy
My Things or any others web site program belonging to Buy My Things, including (but not limited to) ; accessing data
not intended for your use; logging into servers or accounts for vulnerabilities, or to breach security measures or
authentication procedures without authorization; attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network,
including (but not limited to) via "spamming"; sending unsolicited email, including promotions/advertisements of
products or services; falsifying any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or
newsgroup posting or impersonation someone else. Users are further prohibited from using and software, device, search
engine or other action that may interfere with the proper functioning of this web site or any business activity being
conducted on it. Navigating or searching this website by means other that the navigation tools provided on our web
sites or by industry-standard, reputable third-party web browsers such as Netscape Navigator, Mozilla Foxfire, and
Microsoft Explorer is prohibited. Any attempt to decipher, recompiled, reverse engineer or otherwise interfere with
any of the software use is strictly prohibited. Any security violations of our computer and/or internet systems or
network may result in civil or criminal prosecution. Buy My Things will investigate and/or report any or all such
occurrences to the proper law enforcement authorities and co-operate fully with them in prosecuting users who
perpetrate of participate in such violations. Anyone engaging in such prohibited activity shall be held responsible
and liable for any and all damages that may result from such prohibited activity to Buy My Things and any of its
employees, agents, or representatives; any other users of the Buy My Things web sites or other parties that may be
adversely affected by such prohibited activity.
16. Under normal circumstances a members account is held without extra fees or deductions other than the
subscriptions or other items the user purchases. However, Buy My Things reserves the right to charge a maintenance
fee of up to $25.00 per month on accounts it deems to require extra time and maintenance.
17. Buy My Things complies with all national, state, and local tax requirements. Buy My Things will use request
members personal identification information in order for us to comply with these national, state, and/or local tax
requirements. All submitted information is protected by Buy My Things privacy policy.
18. Buy My Things web site including its design, text, content, graphics, images, logos, navigation tools, and
software are the exclusive property of Buy My Things and are protected under all applicable laws protecting
intellectual property, including copyright and trademark laws of the nation of USA, per the Governing Law provision
of this Agreement. No information, documents, or forms found on the Web Mall web site may by reproduced, reposted,
republished, distributed, publicly displayed, modified, used for public or commercial purposes or gain without the
advance, express, written consent of Buy My Things, its employees, agents, or authorized representatives. Any
unauthorized use of such material found on the website Buy My Things may be considered a violation of applicable
intellectual property or internet security laws of the nation of country-region USA Any issues arising from the
above will result in immediate suspension or deletion of account and funds accumulated or present will be suspended
or forfeited.
19. In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unenforceable, invalid, unlawful or
void, by any court having competed jurisdiction, then said provision shall be deem serer able from the remaining
provisions and not affect their validity and enforceability.
20. This Agreement and its performance are governed by the laws of the country of there region. User hereby consents
and submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the nation of USA to resolve all disputes that may
arise out of or is related to the use of Buy My Things under this agreement.
21. Except as explicitly provided in the Terms of Service of this agreement, Buy My Things makes no representations or
warranties of any kind, express or implied, concerning our web site and/or its materials, all of which are provided
on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Buy My Things expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions, including
implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, as
well as those arising by statute or otherwise in law or from a course of dealing or usage of trade. No advise or
information, either verbal or written, that user may obtain through Buy My Things or our services shall create any
warranty that is not expressly stated in these Terms of Service.
22. By requesting membership or accepting the Terms of Service as outlined herein, user indicates to Buy My Things that
you have read and understand these Terms of Service and will comply with them when using our site programs and services
covered and described herein.
23. User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Buy My Things, its officers, members, directors, employees, agents,
affiliates and representatives from and against any claim, cause of action or demand, including, but not limited to,
reasonable legal, accounting and other professional fees that may result from you use of our web site programs or
services or your breach of these Terms of Service. User also agrees that should any dispute with a third party
result from or arise in connection with any use of these sites or Web Mall services, user will indemnify and hold
harmless Buy My Things its employees, representatives, agents, or others acting on its behalf, from any liability
resulting from any legal action, claim or dispute arising form or in connection with users use of Buy My Things
services under these Terms of Services.
24. Failure to abide by any of the Terms of Service Agreement may be considered as a material breach of contract. In
such case, we reserve the right to immediately terminate or deny user the right to use our services or access any
funds or information expressed within the programs or sites. Buy My Things reserves the right to cancel, deny, or
refuse service at our sole option and discretion in the event that you have supplied us with information that we find
to be false, misleading, or that conceals or omits, demial of service attacks or any details that could influence the
services we provide to you. User understands and agrees that Buy My Things shall not be held liable for any losses or
damages that may result from our refusal to provide you our services. Buy My Things may act, at its sole discretion,
with respect to user-submitted information that we deem necessary or appropriate if we believe it may result in
potential liability for us or that it may cause us to lose, in whole of in part, the services of Buy My Things Internet
Service Provider (ISP) or other suppliers.
25. User agrees that Buy My Things shall not be held responsible for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or
stolen email; unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed data transmissions; online
failure; hardware, software, or other technical malfunctions; disruptions or disturbances of any other communications
failures; or circumstances that may affect, disrupt, or corrupt communications. Web Mall assumes no responsibility,
and shall not be held liable for, any damages to, or viral infection of, your computer system, network or other
property on account of your access to, browsing of, or use of our web site or the downloading of any materials, data,
text graphics, or other material. Any material that you download, or otherwise obtain, through our services or
program sites operated by us is done at your own risk and discretion. User is solely responsible for any damage to
users computer system or any loss of data that may result from the downloading of such material. Under no
circumstances, will Buy My Things be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, exemplary, punitive,
direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind (including, but not limited to lost profits, savings,
goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses), whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise,
which may arise out of, or in any way whatsoever connected to, the use of, or access to, our web sites content or
services. User understands and agrees that Buy My Things entire liability, and users exclusive remedy with respect of
any service rendered by Buy My Things under these Terms of Service and any breach of these Terms of Service, is solely
limited to the amount user paid to Buy My Things for such services.
26. Buy My Things reserves the right to update of modify there Terms of Service at anytime, at its discretion and/or
according to new circumstances that may arise as a result of legal, market, technological or other changes. User
acknowledges that any such revision or change will be binding and will take effect immediately upon posting. User must
abide by those revisions and changes. Consequently, we encourage all users to reviews our Terms of Service from time
to time to ensure your continued understanding, knowledge, acceptance, and compliance with them. Web Mall may or may
not post notification of changes to the Terms of Service in the Buy My Things member areas. It is the users
responsibility to check for any changes or updates to these Terms of Service.
27. User understands and acknowledges that Buy My Things has no control over the quality, safety, or legality of the
content or information submitted by users on Buy My Things programs. Because it is not feasible to authenticate users on
the Internet, Buy My Things cannot physically verify or confirm that each user is, in fact, who he or she purports to
be. User agrees to release Buy My Things, its agents, employees, and affiliates from any or all claims, demands and
damages - actual and consequential, direct and indirect, express and implied - of every kind and nature, know and
unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of, or in any way connected with, such any
disputes between or among users of Buy My Things web sites or program services. Buy My Things shall not be responsible
for any inaccuracies or typographical errors, and does not make any representation about the accuracy, reliability,
completeness, or timeless of either our web sites or the materials contained on them. Buy My Things expects and
assumes that users will exercise caution, and demonstrate common sense, when using these sites. Anyone using Buy My
Things web sites and its content do so at his or her own risk. The user is solely responsible for the content
submitted on any and all forms or documents available to user on Buy My Things.
28. Processors are the responsibility of the member, who chooses that processor. The terms between the processor and
the member is not binding with Buy My Things being within that agreement. Members need to use due diligence in
choosing a processor to suit there needs as a processor. Buy My Things offers the use of those processors as a means
for members to purchase services provided real-time. Buy My Things has accounts set up with the processors available
to members, to enable us to transfer money spent by members to our streams of investments. A processors agreement
between Buy My Things is no different than with any member, were closing down or having funds frozen. We do not use
processors as a holding for funds, this makes no profits, However funds will need to be in place to pay our members
there earned rebates upon there request. Any funds caught in a closing or accounts frozen situation, Buy My Things
will use all resources available to us to recover funds and continue our operations as normal.
29. User has read, understands and agrees to this Buy My Things web site disclaimer and understands how it applies to
the user of Buy My Things services. Any user, who does not accept and/or agree to abide by all of the Terms of
Service as listed herein, does not have a legal right to the use of this web site or our other programs listed on this
site, nor its services.
30. These Terms and Conditions along with each program sites FAQs constitute the entire agreement between user and Buy
My Things with respect to your use of this site. Each program Buy My Things offers has an addendum to these Terms of
service on this site http://buymythings.biz. In order to use our other site programs
you must agree to both this Term of Service and each programs addendum to these Terms of Service.
